Aleksandra Stasiak is a new Ph.D. candidate in the SirkAQ project, focusing on Systemic Design as well as Ecodesign for the circular plastic economy in aquaculture. She is employed at OsloMet and started in the fall of 2023.

Drawing on her prior experience in circular solutions for marine plastic waste and driven by a passion for the circular economy, she is motivated to research the innovative knowledge creation in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in the project.

With a multidisciplinary educational background in chemical technology, art, and business, Aleksandra Stasiak is enthusiastic to apply her diverse perspectives in contributing to the shift in waste and resource management practices within the industry.
